1. Do you offer group cooking classes in a restaurant?
   
   No, we don’t have group classes in a restaurant. We organize private cooking classes only. Our chef will come to your holiday apartment or villa with fresh ingredients and essential cookware (e.g. knives, pans, cutting boards, aprons, a hand mixer etc).
   
   
2. Can you come to other parts of the Algarve, or do you only work in Vilamoura-Quarteira?
   
   Yes, we can come to Lagoa, Carvoeiro, Albufeira, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Loule. If your holiday address is not in the Vilamoura-Quarteira area, we will have to add our transportation costs to the price.
   
   
3. How do we know if our holiday home is suitable for a cooking class?
   
   Just send us photos of a kitchen at your holiday address (e.g. photos from Booking or Airbnb), and we will check if your kitchen is well equipped and offers enough space for a class.
   
   
4. Are your classes suitable for people with allergies, and can you adapt your menu to vegans and vegetarians?
   
   We use fish, shellfish, meat, milk products, eggs and nuts in our Portuguese cooking class. Therefore, this class is not suitable for vegetarians, vegans and people with severe allergies. The Portuguese menu can be adapted to pescatarian, gluten-free and dairy-free diets. Please, notify us about your dietary preferences, while booking a class.
   
   
5. What is the difference between Caldeirada and Cataplana?
   
   Caldeirada has the same ingredients as Cataplana, but Caldeirada is cooked in a pot, while Cataplana – in a copper pan.
   
   
6. How long does a cooking class normally last?
   
   About 4 – 4,5 hours depending on the number of participants and class complexity; this includes both cooking and dinner.
   
   
7. Do you offer a choice between lunch and dinner?
   
   Yes, you can choose a lunch class (11:00–15:30) or a dinner class (17:00–21:30). Our chef arrives one hour before the class and leaves 30 minutes after it ends. For example, for the dinner class she arrives around 16:00 and departs by 22:00.
   
   
8. Can our child (children) participate in a cooking class?
   
   Yes, from the age of 12. The minimum age for participants in our cooking classes is 12 due to kitchen safety rules in Portugal.
   
   
9. Do you work as a private chef?
   
   Yes, we do offer private chef services for 6-12 guests at your (holiday) home in the Algarve. You can hire our private chef for a dinner with friends and family, or as an alternative to eating out. Please, send us a request via WhatsApp or the contact form above.
