She engaged us expertly in the preparation and cooking of the different courses. Lena taught us so much about Portuguese ingredients, knife skills and general cooking tips that we will use forever. The meal was amazing!! She was so generous with her knowledge and the menu. She is delightful to be with, is clearly passionate about cooking with quality ingredients and sharing her knowledge.
